Elm Class

Hello and welcome to Elm Class.  My name is Miss Ball and I am the class teacher for Year 4.  I am very passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning to all children where they can work to become the best that they can be.  My priority is to provide a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment so that all pupils may flourish in my class.  

We will have Mrs Pole and Mrs Martin supporting our learning this year.

Here you will find tasks to complete in the Half Term holiday.

There will be prizes for those at the top of the leader boards when we return to school.

SPELLINGS

Here are our spellings for the term.

Each Thursday, pupils are given 10 words to learn. They are given a test on the following Friday.

Pupils in Year 4 made beautiful poppy themed art for Remembrance Day. 

In English, we have been reading the book The Iron Man. Pupils have been writing newspaper reports about a robot sighting in the playground. They have also been drawing what they think the robot might look like.
